- An apology should not erase consequences. Sometimes I told our kids, "Saying you're sorry doesn't cut it this time!" The judge should have accepted the apology and kept some part of the consequences: $, probation, whatever. The girl could think that by apologizing, she can get by with things.

- This is NOT morning sickness. Crackers, gingerale, B vitamins, etc. will NOT help. It is hyperemesis gravidarum, a condition we had never heard of until our daughter had it throughout 8 months (she delivered early via emergency c-section due to other complications).
